We are pleased to announce that our entire journal archive is freely available online.
Our archive dates back to 1665 and contains more than 66,000 articles, from the first ever article published in the world's first science journal Philosophical Transactions to the most recent cross-disciplinary article published in our youngest journal Interface Focus .
The archive will remain free to access until the end of the Royal Society's 350th anniversary year on 30 November 2010.
In celebration of the free archive, a handful of top researchers have revealed their thoughts on papers published in the Royal Society journals. You can read their posts in full here
